Although we strive to keep the website updated with details of our latest events, for the most up-to-the-minute news and to receive our weekly bulletin you are advised to subscribe to the OUJS Mailing List. You can do this even if you are not presently a member of the society, as there are actually two seperate mailing lists:

• oujs-potential – for those with an interest in the society but who are not members
  
• oujs-members – for registered OUJS members
  

Subscribing to the Non-members Mailing List

Anyone can subscribe to the non-members mailing list (oujs-potential) and this is generally the list you will be added to if you have previously expressed an interest in the society, at Freshers' Fair for example. You can also manually add yourself to the list at any time by sending a blank email from the address you wish to subscribe to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will then receive an automated response which you will need to reply to in order to confirm your subscription to the list.

Subscribing to the Members Mailing List

The oujs-members list is reserved for members only, and is used to communicate extra member-exclusive information and bulletins. You should be automatically subscribed to this list when you join the society (and if necessary you will be removed from the oujs-potential list)

If you are a member and think you are not receiving emails from the oujs-members list, or have unsubscribed and wish to resubscribe, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . When your membership status is confirmed you will be (re)subscribed. Life members who have now left Oxford may of course also join the list if they wish to be kept informed of the Society's activities. Normally your subscription to the list will be removed according to the graduation date you supplied us with when you join.

Unsubscribing

You can use our automated mailing list manager to unsubscribe from both the oujs-potential and the oujs-members mailing list. To do so, send a blank email from the address you wish to unsubscribe to either This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You will then receive an automated email which you will need to reply to in order to confirm your unsubscription request.
